Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box, which must not be used as the outer shipping box.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us before returning your item to confirm availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs.

- Your order reference
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
